These are: | **Code** | Function | | --- | --- | | **07\** | Picks up a call currently ringing the entered extension. | | **\*2\** | Call to User's voicemail. | | **\*10** | Move my call (pulls call from other device) | | **\*15\** | Intercom to the extension | | **\*19\** | Call Listen/Whisper/Barge | | **\*40** | Activate outbound anonymous calling | | **\*41** | Deactivate outbound anonymous calling | | **\*51** | Queue Agent Login | | **\*52** | Queue Agent Logout | | **\*55** | Device Login (Hotdesking) | | **\*56** | Device Logout (Hotdesking) | | **\*6\** | Retrieve Call from Call Park (can also do with DSS key) | | **\*71\** | Activate Call Forward Always and set divert number | | **\*71** | Activate Call Forward Always | | **\*72** | Disable Call Forward Always | | **\*77** | Block inbound anonymous calls to current user | | **\*87** | Unblock inbound anonymous calls to current user | | **\*78** | Enable DND | | **\*79** | Disable DND | | **\*81\** | One Time Outbound anonymous call | | **\*88** | Domain Pickup (Picks up any call to the same domain) | | **\*8** | Group Pickup (Picks up any call to the same department) | | **\*9** | Site Pickup (Picks up any call to the same site) | | **\*75** | Pauses call recording mid call. | | **\*76** | Resumes call recording mid call | -
