Default Star Codes
Our system has a number of star codes available by default.
These are:

| 07<extension> | Picks up a call currently ringing the entered extension. |
| *2<extension> | Call to User's voicemail. |
| *10 | Move my call (pulls call from other device) |
| *15<extension> | Intercom to the extension |
| *19<extension> | Call Listen/Whisper/Barge |
| *40 | Activate outbound anonymous calling |
| *41 | Deactivate outbound anonymous calling |
| *51 | Queue Agent Login |
| *52 | Queue Agent Logout |
| *55 | Device Login (Hotdesking) |
| *56 | Device Logout (Hotdesking) |
| *6<extension> | Retrieve Call from Call Park (can also do with DSS key) |
| *71<phone number> | Activate Call Forward Always and set divert number |
| *71 | Activate Call Forward Always |
| *72 | Disable Call Forward Always |
| *77 | Block inbound anonymous calls to current user |
| *87 | Unblock inbound anonymous calls to current user |
| *78 | Enable DND |
| *79 | Disable DND |
| *81<phone number> | One Time Outbound anonymous call |
| *88 | Domain Pickup (Picks up any call to the same domain) |
| *8 | Group Pickup (Picks up any call to the same department) |
| *9 | Site Pickup (Picks up any call to the same site) |
| *75 | Pauses call recording mid call. |
| *76 | Resumes call recording mid call |
