How to Configure Email Notifications for Ports

This article shows you how you can setup email notifications for any updates on ports you place

Setting Up Email Notifications

Quite commonly resellers want to be able to receive updates on their port orders via email, and they want to be able to respond to them via email.

To set this up first head to the customer tab, then click on resellers:

 

From here you should see your reseller name. Click on the edit button to the right hand side.

A pop up window should appear, from here, click on "Settings"

 

You should see an input box titled "Notify Email". You can input an email into this box and all porting notifications will be sent here.

You can input multiple emails by separating with a semicolon, for example: "email1@youremail.com;email2@youremail.com"

Any emails you get can also be responded to from your email.

When your happy with your emails, click save.

You can come back here and change these at any time.
